This wiki is NOT an official Dutch angel dragon torso Beefcake guide, but simply my process and understanding of their body Anatomy. I am Not making this for people to copy my art style, nore does this requite you permission to do so. I'g making this to hopefully help people that are struggling with their Anatomy, and figuring out where to outset. I hope to help people improve on their own unique style. Allrighty, start off im going to give you guys some tips I discover help me greatly.

First tip: References, use them! Google pics of horses, dogs, and birds or other anatomy guides for dutch angel dragons. They help sooooo much!

2d tip: Become good at drawing horses, birds, and dogs. The dutch angel dragons anatomy is a lot like their anatomy. If you tin draw them, you lot volition have no problem with Dutchies.

3rd tip: this is the most important tip In my opinion. When I was a new artist I struggled with this a lot! Go along to your styal! Now I know what your thinking " gee Ace we go it, don't copy other peoples styles." Well yes i am implying that. I'thousand also proverb this because it can be hard to create your own mode of art, well you have another person way in heed. Don't try to forcefulness yourself to expect a sure mode. Let your mind do the work, go with the flow. It's okay if it dosnt await a sure way, with exercise you lot'll get where y'all want to exist. Trust me, I should now. I'k yet non 100% happy with my Style.

Allrighty! I'm going to put this into categories and steps. There volition exist three categories with steps, and explanations regarding their specific steps. Hopefully makeing it easier for y'all guys to understand my way of doing things.

                              ☆Category 1☆

                                The head

Alrighty! Now for the fun part. You better have a peace of paper and pencil set up, or if you prefer digital, Q upward your estimator we're drawing a Dutchie caput! Keep room on your newspaper to add a body, tail, legs, and wings.

Once you've got the head shape to your liking. You can move on to giving your Dutchie their eye, ears, nostrils, and more of an expression.

                             ♡Category 2♡

                                   {body}

                         Step two: body shape

Alrighty, nosotros've fabricated it to the torso! So, just like the caput. Horses can have varying trunk types likewise.

Then proceed with the back of the neck. Bringing information technology downward into a back rounding it off and connecting information technology to the belly to make the rump.

Now the tail is just a continuation of the back and belly slowly getting smaller. Curving whatever way you desire.

                            Drawing legs

Now the legs I'm going to explicate a piffling. The dutch angel dragon from what I've seen, has a very dog like leg stricture. The equus caballus has 3 different joints in their frunt leg. As where the dog/Dutchie simply accept two. Fifty-fifty when the Dutchie has hooves they still just take two.

however don't allow this end you from drawing the legs even so you would like. Call up this is your art your style. Then if you feel like drawing legs i way get right ahead.

And so, with that in your mind. Let's requite are Dutchie some legs.

and the back legs are also very dog similar.

Decided to get and give our duchie Hooves and paws and so I could testify you lot what hooves would look similar.

                            ◇Category iii◇

                                  {Wings}

Dutch angel dragons tin have a plethora of different Wing shapes, so long as they are covered in feathers. Don't experience like you have to stick to one look. Go Google different bird wing shapes. You lot'll be surprised how many there are.

Yet I'm going to bear witness you the way I like to describe wings.

Your going to desire to kickoff at the peak of the shoulder of your Dutchie. And draw the bones construction of a wing.

How I discover where all my feather would go is by cartoon the outline of each layer of feathers.

And the fill up them in. Start with the 1st, second and then third. Start at the bottom with rounded feathers, and slowly beginning making them bigger and pointy or every bit you go.
